The study is curious and, above all, the results obtained from it, which have been carried out at the University of Illinois, since it seems that facing life in a positive way and the events that occur in it, whether good or bad, will influence your life to be longer and not die young.

And the truth is that if we think about examples that we have personally experienced, everyone knows a person who is very positive first of all and really, now that I stop to analyze how their he alth has been, it is true that that person has not had the typical problems of age and, if they have, they have been cured in a short time. And I can go further, since analyzing the job opportunities that have been presented to him, the rapid resolution of his problems and the few obstacles he has had to face in his life, it makes me think, and now even more after reading the results of the article study, that what we consider “luck” may be more in our hands than we think and that by always looking at the glass as if it were half full instead of half empty, things will probably go much better.

Well, and after coming to this personal conclusion I ask myself, what can we do now, those of us who always see the glass as half empty? Isn't there some miraculous little pill that makes you see things differently? ?, because thepeople who are negative will understand me, it is not so easy to change your way of thinking, and even more so, when after that, whether it is due to the negative mentality or not, things have not turned out throughout life as we expected.

What seems to be clear is that the role of our minds is decisive in how our lives flow. A clear example of this is a study that was done with forty people who were sick with cancer with the same degree of severity. Twenty of them were told the real illness they were suffering from and the other twenty were deceived into being told that what they were suffering from was a less serious illness. Well, at the end of the treatment of all the patients, 90% of the patients who had been deceived were cured and, however, only 20% of the other twenty emerged victorious from the disease. We can deduce with this study that if a mind thinks that it can die and we add a negative mentality to that, the brain, which is the one that directs all the vital functions of our body, will feel more and more defeated and will stop fighting and, for consequently, the body will stop working.

Well, negative friends with whom I feel so identified, I think that after reading this powerful case we should make an effort for ourselves and start to face life the way we positive as possible and put aside all those negative thoughts that often appear in our minds. I have already decided, who will accompany me in my fight?
